Project Size: 103,500 SF

The project includes study of renovation of the existing Old Mint building, a National Historic Landmark, located at 5th and Mission Streets in San Francisco. New architectural interventions include a glass and steel canopy over the courtyard, a new courtyard floor, 5 new elevators, stair extensions to the roof level and a sustainability strategy based on LEED Platinum and carbon neutrality targets.
