Mack5 provides construction management services for all building types including new construction, renovations and additions. Our Construction Management services are formulated around representing the Owner’s interests and achieving defined project goals. Services include:
- Information management and record keeping
- Monitor contractor’s construction schedule and work to expedite schedule
- Provide Owner’s schedule inclusive of key Owner decision dates
- Monthly status reports
- Monthly financial reporting including cash flow and variance reporting
- Represent Owner at meetings
- Site visits to monitor progress and identify/resolve potential problems
- Monitor safety, social and environmental concerns
- Assist with interpretation of and corrections to plans and specifications
- Monitor testing and inspections
- Verify accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Analyze claims
- Analyze architect/consultant additional service requests/change orders
- Oversee project close-out
